For holidays on Wednesdays - need to be received by 2pm on the previous Friday
For holidays on Thursdays – need to be received by 2pm on the previous Monday
For holidays on Fridays - need to be received by 2pm on the previous Tuesday
France, United Kingdom and Italy:
For holidays on Mondays – need to be received by 2pm on the previous Thursday
For holidays on Wednesdays - need to be received by 2pm on the previous Monday
For holidays on Thursdays – need to be received by 2pm on the previous Tuesday
